Production Coordinator
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator organizes events associated with Lincoln Center's Great Performers series, Mostly Mozart Festival, and other projects planned by the Programming Department. Specific responsibilities include:
-Perform a variety of stage management, line production and/or company management duties as necessary to meet the needs for assigned programs. -Liaise with Lincoln Center staff, constituents, and other personnel including artists' managers/representatives, stage managers, technical directors, orchestra personnel managers and contractors, music librarian, off-site venue staff, etc. on day to day performance issues. Identify potential concerns and propose creative solutions. -Coordinate logistical requirements for rehearsals, concerts, and related events in accordance with established contractual agreements. -Monitor production-related expenses and recommend appropriate courses of action based on status of the budget for events. -Arrange accommodations, transportation, and hospitality services for guest artists. -Process visa applications for individuals and groups from abroad. -Order and maintain necessary instruments, equipment, materials, and supplies. -Distribute production schedule and details for performances. -Create and distribute master schedule. -Research and maintain appropriate records and information.
