Patent Litigation Paralegal
Exceptional opportunity in IP department of top law firm. High profile, complex cases and substantive/comprehensive role. Manage all facets of case from discovery through trial. Duties include but not limited to: Review documents; digest depositions; conduct research, cite checking; manage large discovery; prepare exhibits for trial; identify expert witnesses; interact with consultants, vendors, USPTO and other government agencies. Leadership role that includes training, work delegation and quality control.
Position requires:
Bachelors Degree
8 years of IP Litigation experience
Trial Experience and willingness to travel for trial
