Paralegal
Law firm specializing in creditors' rights seeks a full-time paralegal to help assist the firm's litigation department. The position includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
Drafting legal documents
Preparing, answering and compiling documents for discovery requests
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel
Reading and interpreting rules
Managing an attorney's calendar
Organizing files and documents
Trial preparation
