TRADEMARK PARALEGALA downtown Seattle law firm is seeking an experienced trademark paralegal professional. This temp to perm position will support attorneys and work with a cohesive group of paralegals on both foreign and domestic trademark issues. Duties will include searching, filing, prosecution and maintenance of foreign and domestic trademarks, and maintain/update the database for trademarks, copyrights and domain names. You will correspond with clients and legal associates worldwide. REQUIREMENTS: Experience filing trademark applications and related prosecution documents with the USPTO is required.
