PARALEGAL - CORPORATE (IN-HOUSE) Langley Recruiting specializes in recruiting Legal professionals (including Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, Legal Assistants, Legal Administrative Assistants and Legal Document Clerks) to law firms, corporations and businesses in the Seattle area. PARALEGAL -CORPORATE (IN-HOUSE) We are actively seeking candidates for an in-house position with a professional services company. This is a challenging position for a senior paralegal that provides an opportunity to be part of an actively growing company. The client has numerous locations nationally but is headquartered in the Puget Sound region. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. The duties of the position will include in-depth legal research on state and federal laws, general and transactional corporate matters and securities. Drafting memoranda, reviewing and assisting with drafts of policies and procedures, correspondence and special projects are all part of your general duties.
