Job Description :
Responsible for litigation and claims support for select Bosch businesses, including all aspects of discovery and case and claims management. Draft discovery, responses to discovery, responses to pleadings, interview witnesses and clients and assist at trials. Assist in responding to subpoenas, garnishments and audits. Conduct factual and legal research. Provide support for attorneys engaged in ongoing transactional work, including review and organization of agreements. Also support attorneys in corporate governance activities, including updating and maintaining corporate records for multiple subsidiaries and affiliates, drafting Board and Shareholder resolutions, secretary certificates and other corporate governance documents. Assist in maintaining and updating corporate legal entity database.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree (any professional discipline). Paralegal certification. 3 years experience in either a law firm and in-house corporate legal department. Both law firm and in-house experience would be preferred.
