Mgr Field Engineering Svcs 2/Field/Operations Support Manager
Northrop Grumman Technical Services is seeking a skilled Field/Operations Support Manager to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The candidate has the ability to conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to the specific product in accordance with customer specifications and implementations. This role requires troubleshooting technical problems and issues, determining a technical solution in accordance with the product and customer specifications, and subsequently recommending the actions necessary to reach a solution for the customer. Other support duties include: conducting technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors and company representatives. The Field/Operations Support Manager will provide onsite support to the customers' organization.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a related field along with at least 9 years experience in a related discipline. The qualified candidate must have a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and possess excellent communication skills. The applicant must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible for security clearance (Secret or higher preferred). Current DHS Clearance required.
