The Global Licensing and Contracts department of Standard & Poor's is seeking a Licensing Coordinator/ Contract Paralegal. Responsibilities include:
* Responding to contract requests
* Data entry into the Contracts database
* Creation of reports
* Drafting, preparing and revising agreements
* Conducting or assisting in periodic audits, testing and updating of various tools and applications
* Reviewing and proofreading agreements
* Working with managers of Department in creating efficiencies and in setting and enforcing policies and procedures relating to contract process

* Excellent organizational skills
* Knowledge of licensing process, requirements and terms
* College Degree Preferred
* Experience in a related position
* Computer Skills- Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Lotus Notes
* Good interpersonal skills - Work cooperatively with business managers and sales staff
* Good verbal and written communications skills
* Ability to work independently and show initiative
