Summer Legal Intern

CBRE's Legal Department seeks a law clerk for a full-time legal summer internship position, working approximately 40 hours per week. The position will be a hybrid internship, reporting to attorneys in the Chicago and NY offices of the CBRE Americas Legal Team.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Legal Department's team of attorneys, we are seeking summer intern candidates to support the litigation, labor & employment, and advisory & transaction teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal research and writing, interpretation and application of laws and regulations, and reviewing, evaluating and editing contracts and other legal documents.

Qualifications

This internship is designed for candidates with a strong academic credentials and excellent legal research and writing skills. The position is limited to 2L and 3L law students.

New York Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The minimum salary for the Intern position is $15.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Intern position is $25.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
