Legal Administrator C
Performs administrative support to the law department and coordinates backup. Prioritizes and schedules internal and external events and meetings. Maintains executive calendars and anticipates conflicts. Facilitates collection, preservation and production of documents. Conducts research for report preparation. Prepares legal correspondence and presentations. Maintains legal management systems. Processes domestic and international travel arrangements, monitors on-going logistics for all designated business travelers.

Complete knowledge of different communication materials (e.g., proposals, papers, user guides, reports, articles, promotional materials, brochures, web sites, presentations, speeches). Complete writing ability to prepare departmental correspondence and documents.

High school diploma or GED and typically 4 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
