Lead Manager for HSC' Worldwide Export Compliance Managers (WECMs)
Hamilton Sundstrand is among the largest global suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and industrial products. We design and manufacture aerospace systems for commercial, regional, corporate and military aircraft and are a major supplier for international space programs. Our industrial products serve industries ranging from hydrocarbon, chemical and food processing to construction and mining.
HSC manages export compliance through its headquarters-level export group as well as through an export coordinator network (BAERs). Each business unit is served by a WECM (or (`cLead BAER(`d) who reports directly to both the senior business executive and the executive director of HSC' central export group. This position is for a Lead Manager to head the export coordinator network to ensure complete integration of export activities and to promote and develop best-in-class practices. Responsibilities will include development of (`cflow down(`d policies and procedures and standard work; provision of leadership to the BAER network, improvement and implementation of a coordinated policy structure, coordination with all UTC Aero companies to develop UTC-consistent best-in-class programs and processes, development of training programs and process improvements, and creation of a communication program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years working experience required
IND. EXP: Aerospace, Defense, Import/Export Control, Government, Legal, Manufacturing, Industrial.

simultaneously managing multiple assignments. High energy, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills required.
