Labor & Employment Counsel / Head of HR
Our client, a prestigious private equity firm located in NYC, seeks an Inhouse Counsel to head Labor & Employment and HR. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: managing litigation; employee benefits; policy and procedure development; training; developing a performance management program; offer letters; severance packages; fee agreements; independent contractor agreements.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 12 years of recent, demonstrable experience in both Labor & Employment and HR, which must have been gained in a combination of in-house and law firm environments. Candidates should also have excellent academic credentials, along with a real willingness to work hard within a strong team environment.
