This individual will work with other IT internal support teams as well as our internal clients to provide the highest standards of support. Responsibilities will include:
Handling escalated requests during business hours and as part of an on-call rotation
Working Access Management tickets as assigned
On-boarding access requests
Modify user access
Terming user access
On-call support
Handling client support requests
Escalating and following up on access requests
Scripting
Testing/ UAT/Audit skills
Work with all IT teams as needed
Metrics
Escalating and following up on tickets assigned to individual queues
Taking ownership and ensuring that tickets are approved for access before processing
Granting proper access as well as closing the ticket promptly after the access has been granted
Employees are also responsible for documenting processes, as well as prioritizing incoming telephone, voice mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users as well as working as many as 200+ tickets per week
Bachelor degree (ideally in Computer Science or MIS/CIS) is preferred.
Relevant experience may be a substitute for education.
