ISDA Negotiator
International Bank is in need of an attorney to work as part of their ISDA negotiator team. The individual in this positon will be responsible for negotiating complex ISDA contracts for the firm, dealing with counterparties as well as senior members of law firms representing their cliients. The products involve derivatives, commodities, fixed income and cross border transactions. This is a senior legal position and the individual in this position will be involved in highly specialized transactions. Qualifed candidates must have a law degree and be a member of the NY Bar. Experience in a law firm with at least 6 years solid experience in ISDA contract negotiations is a must. Excelllent verbal and written communcation skills are a must. This is an excellent growth opprtunity for an experience attorney who wants to grow in this legal field and would like working as part of a corporate legal group. The firm offers excellent benefits.
