Group Sales Coordinator
The position reports directly to the Group Sales Manager and will assist with the daily operations and long term goals of the department.
Responsibilities include telephone sales, reserving and ticketing group orders, working closely with group leaders on attendance numbers and marketing efforts, invoicing and processing payments.
The position will also play a part in the coordination of the various marketing efforts of the department including representing the theatre at both Institutional and outside events.
Requirements include previous experience exhibiting impeccable customer service skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented with good follow through as well as excellent computer skills.
A Bachelor's Degree is required; a passion for theater is appreciated.
