ERISA Compliance Advisor
The successful candidate is responsible for all aspects of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans. The candidate will also be able to provide business solutions to complex issues that arise within the compensation and benefits area.
SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES DESIRED
Computer savvy…experienced using productivity tools and business applications e.g. MSOffice Word, Excel & PowerPoint to generate documents, presentations and spreadsheets. Communicates effectively, orally and in written form, with all levels of a diverse population. Processes and delivers information in a thorough, professional and positive manner. Excellent proactive problem-solving skills. Demonstrates sound judgment in the execution of responsibilities to achieve the most positive outcome(s) for the business. Comfortable creating structure where none exists. Experience working in a consulting organization is preferred, but not required. Juris doctor degree required . In-depth knowledge of H&W compliance, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA and HIPAA . The ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
