Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations required;
preparation of employment contracts, severance, and settlement agreements;
drafting responses to demands;
interview witnesses and investigate complaints in order to draft responses to state and federal charges of discrimination;
analysis of data and legal research and experience with Westlaw;
investigation skill and ability to analyze data and complaints;

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
