CSR II - GRADE 5
UPS Supply Chain Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative II. The ideal candidate will have will have one year customer service experience in the freight forwarding, transportation, distribution, or brokerage industry and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision with a high attention to detail.
The Customer Support Representative II responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Duties may include maintaining ongoing relationships, providing support and resolving problems for customers.
Processing of shipments and working with internal and external customers.
Assisting in studies to determine customer incentives and developing and preparing proposals for customer leads.
Timely communication with origins and consignees and / or other UPS offices regarding any issues affecting the shipments
Provide best in class customer service to internal and external clients.
Comply with corporate requirements on carrier performance.
Analyzing shipping milestones and deliverable for customers
Dispatching delivery orders
Resolving invoice and account receivable issues
Act on or facilitate problem resolution and set action plans to meet customer requirements
Additional duties may include distributing mail, filing, faxing, typing, and processing forms, preparing reports and auditing documents.

Minimum Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent certification.
1+ years customer service or general office experience in the freight forwarding, transportation, distribution, or brokerage industry or at least two years customer service or general office experience in other industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision with a high attention to detail.
Rapid and accurate data entry skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 applications. MS Word and Excel and Outlook.
OTHER CRITERIA:
Employer will not sponsor visas for position. There is no relocation available for this position.
