Under the direction of the Recruiting Manager, the Corporate Recruiter will develop recruitment strategies for assigned business units and complete full cycle recruiting for the requisitions. The Corporate Recruiter will develop partnerships with all client groups in order to understand, anticipate and fulfill their staffing needs. This position also will build and maintain a talent pipeline and industry awareness to facilitate timely solutions to future staffing requests. The Corporate Recruiter position is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Group and a key to achieving our goals of a high performance culture and company initiatives.
