Job Responsibilities: (Description)
The Corporate M&A Counsel will be responsible for:
- Bachelors degree and Law Degree (Juris Doctorate) required. - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a large law firm, exp in-house is highly preferred - The successful candidate will have strong transactional/M&A skills and have a background in U.S. securities law issues (particularly relating to periodic reports and annual proxy statements under the '34 Act). - Extensive legal experience with a variety of corporate law issues (i.e., M&A, securities, corporate banking, antitrust, contracts and software licensing) required. - Extensive transaction experience in acquisitions and divestitures of companies and major contract negotiations required.
