Overview :
Macy's, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for Commercial Real Estate Counsel which will be located in Cincinnati, OH.
Key Accountabilities :
Negotiate commercial real estate transactions/documents, including REAs, leases, license agreements, and easements.
Handle acquisitions and dispositions of real estate.
Provide analysis and advice to business departments (Real Estate, Accounting, Tax, Operations, Risk Management, etc.) regarding questions, issues, and disputes related to real estate.
Provide advice on real estate issues in litigation matters.
Skills Summary :
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Current, active license to practice law.
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.
A strong background in commercial real estate legal matters.
Excellent interpersonal client skills.
Must have good attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and experience working directly with management.
Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking capability.
Ability to work well in fast-paced, highly collaborative, team environment.
