One of the world’s leading banks has engaged BarkerGilmore to identify a group of consumer banking lawyers to add to its stellar law department. This bank held its ground during the banking crisis and has emerged as one of the most profitable banks in the country. These opportunities are located in multiple locations, including: Garden City, NY, Wilmington, DE and Phoenix, AZ.
We are ideally looking for lawyers with an expertise in any of the following: Auto Loans, Auto Leasing, Student Loans, or Credit Card Collections.

Ensure processes, procedures, products and forms are in compliance with applicable federal and state laws governing consumer lending
Qualifications:
JD with 4+ years of meaningful consumer lending law experience required.
Meaningful experience drafting and negotiating contracts of a diverse nature required.

Collections and loan servicing experience helpful.
