Attorney - Corporate Strategy
International Bank is in need of an experienced Corporate Secretary to be part of the Legal and Compliance group. Responsibilities include corporate secretarial coverage of Delaware and Cayman Island subsidiaries. Duties will include the forming and dissolving corporations and limited partnerships, resolutions and consents for approvals by the board, preparation of secretaries certificates and power of attorneys, maintenance of corporate minutes, and working with the subsidiary database. Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years experience as a corporate secretary working with the above functions, with experience in Delaware and the Cayman Islands. Candidates must have a college degree and a law degree. Knowledge of MS application, with also knowledge of Blueprint, a subsidiary database. The package includes bonus and excellent benefits.
