The Analyst, Corporate Services will be responsible for developing and managing on-going supplier relationships to ensure expected performance levels are delivered. Specifically:
Travel Agency Performance -Monitor and report on KPI's. -Develop corrective action plans to restore performance to optimum levels as required.
On Line Bookings -Organize and oversee quarterly web training to increase user adoption. -Assist travelers and travel arrangers with log in, profile management and in resolving user functionality.
Air, Hotel, Car Rental and Black Car Services - Preferred Pricing Solicitation -Prepare spend and contract performance analysis in preparation for contract review and rate solicitation. -Partner with Global Indirect Sourcing in RFP process for selection of preferred suppliers.
Travel Trend Analysis and Spend Reporting -Prepare reports as required for management review.
Construction Project Administration and Facilities Management- 40%
Assist VP Global Real Estate, Executive Director Corporate Services and Sr. Manager with Construction projects to include: -Maintain database of all proposals for construction services, selection criteria and award approvals. -Maintain internal controls by ensuring all contractors abide by building rules and regulations and Certificates of Insurance are on file prior to commencement of work. -Reconcile and process all project invoices, provide forecasts on actual to budget, maintain documentation and approvals for all change orders.
