Analyst-Compliance (Finance)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
2 years of relevant experience.
Retail experience is desired.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and work well independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
General understanding of VISION, NetACE and DyMax; and Willingness to s position is responsible for participating in the operational compliance reviews of various business channels and functions. This includes of a detailed review of operational performance and compliance with company policy and methods and procedures issued both corporate wide and within the Business to Business channel. Operational responsibility also includes the review of business practices across the business to business channels via project audits, quarterly audits of specified programs and ad-hoc compliance investigations as assigned. This position interfaces with Regional, Area and Headquarters staff as necessary to meet operational requirements.
Participate in/conducts operational reviews of the business to business departments to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures and make recommendations for the internal control deficiencies identified.
Reviews regional processes and compliance of current product launches guidelines and make recommendations, if necessary, for improvement. Develops/updates methods and procedures to support process improvements.
Researches all internal and external allegations of wrongdoing and reports findings to upper management.
Reduces Company's losses due to non-compliance with Company's policies through proactive detection and investigation.
Provides support for internal and external auditors, including support for audit responses, follow-up on commitments, etc.
Performs various special reviews as assigned by management.
