DESCRIPTION: Graham Staffing Services is partnering with a Washington, DC law firm to find a qualified ENERGY LEGAL SECRETARY. Salary: $65 K max.
This is a junior level position in which the law firm is looking for someone with a few years of experience. In this role, the qualified candidate will be working for one (1) partner and two (2) Associates. This is an EXCELLENT group to work with †all VERY nice people!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Years Experience: 3-5 years of legal experience, energy and FERC experience preferred, but not required. Does NOT want someone with more than 15 years of experience.
- Tenure very important.
- Must want to be a Secretary. Must be outgoing, energetic and professional with good communication skills.
- Positive attitude is important.
- Must be proficient in Word 2002, Excel, PowerPoint and advanced Word formatting.
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must have a team-player attitude and excellent references.
- Available for some overtime.
